Privacy policy
What this website collects, why, and how to have it changed or removed.

This website is run by Dunamis Word Publishing. This page covers dunamiswordpublishing.com only. The short version: we collect what you type into a form on this site, we use it to send you what you asked for, and we do not sell it or pass it to anyone for their own use.
What we collect
We collect information only when you give it to us:
- The reader list. Your first name and email address, when you ask to be kept posted about a book.
- The leader request. Your first name, email address, and the name of your church or group, when you request teaching material.
- Email you send us. Whatever you choose to include when you write to us.
This site has no accounts, takes no payments, runs no advertising, and uses no analytics or tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To send the material you requested.
- To write to you about new books and, for leaders, new teaching material.
- To answer you when you write to us.
After you fill in a form we send one email asking you to confirm the address. You are added to a list only after you click the button in that email.
Who else handles it
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. A small number of services handle it on our behalf:
- Kit (kit.com) stores our mailing lists and sends our email. Kit records whether an email was opened and which links were clicked.
- Vercel hosts this website. Like any web host, it keeps standard server logs, which include the IP address of each visitor.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces on these pages, so your browser contacts Google to load them. Our own email is handled by Google Workspace.
Each of them receives only what it needs to do its job, and each has its own privacy policy. These companies are based in the United States, and your information is processed there. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Links to other sites
Our pages link to Amazon and other booksellers, and to other websites by Lee Richards. Once you follow a link, that site’s own privacy policy applies.
Your choices
- Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. It works immediately.
- You can ask to see what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Write toinfo@dunamiswordpublishing.com and we will do it.
Depending on where you live, the law may give you further rights over your information. Whatever they are, the same email address is the way to use them.
We keep your details only for as long as they are needed for the purposes on this page, which in practice means for as long as you stay on a list. When you unsubscribe, we stop writing to you.
Children
This site is written for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If a change is significant, we will also tell the people on our lists by email.
