How the books are written

Lee Richards did not set out to write books. He set out to listen.

Morning by morning, for years now, he has been drawn into the presence of the Lord to wait quietly with an open Bible and a pen — and to let God open his ears to hear His Word. The Holy Spirit led him to take pen and paper and write down each message as it was given through the Scriptures. In the same way God spoke them, Lee wrote them. He did then. He still does — pen and pad first, in the quiet, then to the computer to keep pace with what the Spirit is saying.

Every book Lee has written was born this way — not planned at a desk but received in the presence of God, as the Holy Spirit revealed the endless treasures hidden in Christ. The Greek and Hebrew words that fill these pages were not researched into existence. They were uncovered — one at a time, one morning at a time — as the Spirit opened what had always been there, waiting to be seen.

He writes the way he studies: early, in the quiet, with a pen, Hebrew and Greek held to what they will actually bear, because he would rather you check him than trust him.
